We have recently implemented an ERP system to simplify our day-to-day processes.
Production planning and tracking of parts has been greatly enhanced with this new addition.

We now offer an improved efficient stud insertion process with the purchase of a Haegar insertion machine from the USA. With 4 tons of ram force, this machine is designed specifically to insert a wide range of clinch nuts and studs.

To enable us to keep up with customer demands, we have set up an off-site welding area. With four guys specialized in TIG and MIG welding of mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel we are now able to offer increased capacity for assembly work.

We also offer GEKA and coldsaw facilities for most RHS and box section components.

We are the proud parents of a brand new 2011 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS.

Sent all the way from the USA, this sexy beast is left hand drive and turning heads with its electrifying curves!

Along with the successful move to our new Highbrook-based building in February 2008, we also increased our staffing level.  This now includes a dedicated storeman and an additional sheetmetal tradesman who has had vast experience TIG welding aluminium and stainless steel which has led to an expansion of our assembly capabilities off-site.

To enable us to service our customers to our expected standards, we have added an afternoon shift and are now open from 6.00am till 10.00pm (Mon-Thur) and 4.00pm (Fri).
