Hi-Tech Metals provides a comprehensive range of sheet metal manufacturing services from our East Tamaki, Auckland facility. From laser cutting and CNC folding through to welding, fabrication, deburring, hardware insertion, tapping and countersinking, we can take components through multiple stages of production in-house.
Since 2005, we have continued to invest in advanced machinery, software and manufacturing technology to increase capacity, improve efficiency and deliver consistent, high-quality components for our customers.
With two 12kW fibre lasers, seven Amada press brakes and an extensive range of supporting equipment, we have the flexibility to handle everything from one-off components and prototypes through to large repeat production runs.
